Terms & Conditions
Checking the box when you register or request an appointment means you agree to these for each player.
Read the full Terms & Conditions
1. Agreement
By registering and checking the agreement box, you agree to these Terms. For players under 18, the registering adult confirms they are the player's parent or legal guardian and agrees on the player's behalf. Players 18 and over agree on their own behalf.
2. The programs
Kids Camp: Saturday, December 5 and Saturday, December 12, 2026, 9am–1pm (check-in begins at 8:30am), at Chabot College, 25555 Hesperian Blvd, Hayward, CA, for players ages 6–12, grouped by age (6–10 and 11–12). All positions are taught, including defense, hitting, catching, and pitching. TrackMan Data Analysis: individual sessions for current high school, college, and professional pitchers only. After you register, the coaching staff contacts you to set a date; a pitcher who does not meet the level requirement may be declined. Facility Pass handles registration, payment, and communication. Coaches are independent contractors engaged by Facility Pass — they are not employees or agents of Facility Pass.
3. Registration & payment
Kids Camp is $150 per player per day. You may pay in advance online (processed securely by Stripe; we don't store card details) or reserve a spot and pay at check-in on your first camp day. TrackMan Data Analysis is $70 for the TrackMan report or $120 for a pitching lesson with analysis; no payment is taken at registration and payment is due on the day of the session. Payment is due before the player takes the field.
4. Refunds & cancellation
Prepaid camp days and appointments are non-refundable, but may be moved once to another available day or time with at least 48 hours' notice. If Facility Pass cancels (weather, field conditions, facility closure), you may choose a reschedule or a full refund for the cancelled day or appointment. Requests: support@facility-pass.com with the player's name and order code.
5. Assumption of risk, release & indemnification
Baseball carries inherent risks, including being struck by thrown or batted balls or bats, collisions, slips and falls, arm and overuse injuries, heat or cold-related illness, and the risk of serious injury. You voluntarily accept these risks. To the fullest extent permitted by California law, you release and hold harmless Facility Pass and Chabot College, together with their respective owners, coaches (who are independent contractors), staff, volunteers, and facility partners, from claims arising from ordinary negligence. This does not waive liability for gross negligence, recklessness, or intentional misconduct, or any rights that cannot be waived under California law. You agree to indemnify these parties for claims arising from a violation of these Terms or facility rules, to the extent permitted by law.
6. Medical & emergency care
You confirm each player is healthy enough to participate, has no arm injury or restriction that makes throwing unsafe, and will disclose any relevant medical condition at check-in. For minors: if you can't be reached in an emergency, you authorize program staff to seek emergency medical care for the player; you are responsible for any resulting costs.
7. Drop-off & pick-up (Kids Camp)
Players must be checked in by a parent, guardian, or authorized adult and picked up promptly at 1pm. Tell staff at check-in if someone other than the registering adult will pick up the player.
8. Video, TrackMan data & media
TrackMan Data Analysis sessions are recorded and measured. Each pitcher's video and TrackMan data are delivered to the email on the request and are the pitcher's to share. Facility Pass and the coaching staff may keep a copy to run the program. We may also use camp photos or video for promotion; to opt out of promotional use, email support@facility-pass.com before your session. Participation is instruction and evaluation only — it is not an offer of a roster spot or recruiting commitment from any college.
9. Code of conduct
Players follow all coach instructions and field rules. We may remove a player for unsafe or repeatedly disruptive conduct; removal for cause may not entitle you to a refund.
10. Privacy, governing law & contact
Information you provide is used to run the program, communicate with you, and keep a roster. We don't sell your information. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Questions: support@facility-pass.com · facility-pass.com.
By checking the box, I agree to these Terms — including the assumption of risk and release in section 5 and the emergency-care authorization in section 6 — for myself and/or each player I register as their parent or legal guardian.
