What is Gladsgiving?
Gladsgiving is a Chabot Baseball tradition. Every year, alumni and current players sit down together on campus for a Thanksgiving-style dinner. They share what they're grateful for, tell their stories, and talk about what being a Glad means to them.
This free camp is how the program says thank you to the community that supports it.
Tuesday, Nov 24 · 9am–1pm
Check-in begins at 8:30am. Both age groups run at the same time.
Check out our other development opportunities
The same Chabot Baseball staff runs paid programs through the winter: a two-Saturday kids camp in December for ages 6–12, and TrackMan data analysis and pitching lessons for high school, college, and pro pitchers.
Your Chabot Baseball coaches
The same staff that coaches the Gladiators runs the camp.

Terms & Conditions
Checking the box when you register means you agree to these for each player.
Read the full Terms & Conditions
1. Agreement
By registering and checking the agreement box, you agree to these Terms. For players under 18, the registering adult confirms they are the player's parent or legal guardian and agrees on the player's behalf. Players 18 and over agree on their own behalf.
2. The program
Gladsgiving Camp is a free youth baseball camp held Tuesday, November 24, 2026, 9am–1pm (check-in begins at 8:30am), at Chabot College, 25555 Hesperian Blvd, Hayward, CA, for players ages 5–13, grouped by age (5–10 and 11–13). Defense, hitting, catching, pitching, and the mental game are taught. Facility Pass handles registration and communication. Coaches are independent contractors engaged by Facility Pass — they are not employees or agents of Facility Pass.
3. Registration
The camp is free. No payment is collected. Registration is required for each player so staff can plan groups and reach a parent or guardian on the day.
4. Cancellation
If your player can't attend, please email support@facility-pass.com so the spot can go to another child. If the camp is cancelled (weather, field conditions, facility closure), registered families will be notified by email.
5. Assumption of risk, release & indemnification
Baseball carries inherent risks, including being struck by thrown or batted balls or bats, collisions, slips and falls, arm and overuse injuries, heat or cold-related illness, and the risk of serious injury. You voluntarily accept these risks. To the fullest extent permitted by California law, you release and hold harmless Facility Pass and Chabot College, together with their respective owners, coaches (who are independent contractors), staff, volunteers, and facility partners, from claims arising from ordinary negligence. This does not waive liability for gross negligence, recklessness, or intentional misconduct, or any rights that cannot be waived under California law. You agree to indemnify these parties for claims arising from a violation of these Terms or facility rules, to the extent permitted by law.
6. Medical & emergency care
You confirm each player is healthy enough to participate, has no arm injury or restriction that makes throwing unsafe, and will disclose any relevant medical condition at check-in. For minors: if you can't be reached in an emergency, you authorize program staff to seek emergency medical care for the player; you are responsible for any resulting costs.
7. Drop-off & pick-up (Kids Camp)
Players must be checked in by a parent, guardian, or authorized adult and picked up promptly at 1pm. Tell staff at check-in if someone other than the registering adult will pick up the player.
8. Photo & media
We may photograph or record the camp for promotion. To opt out, email support@facility-pass.com before camp day or tell staff at check-in.
9. Code of conduct
Players follow all coach instructions and field rules. We may remove a player for unsafe or repeatedly disruptive conduct.
10. Privacy, governing law & contact
Information you provide is used to run the program, communicate with you, and keep a roster. We don't sell your information. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Questions: support@facility-pass.com · facility-pass.com.
By checking the box, I agree to these Terms — including the assumption of risk and release in section 5 and the emergency-care authorization in section 6 — for myself and/or each player I register as their parent or legal guardian.
