Presto Schedule Sync

Pull the athletics schedule straight from PrestoSports and auto-create a ticketed event for every home game — no manual entry.

Pulls the school's real all-sports RSS feed (/composite?print=rss) through your Facility Pass worker, filters to this sport's upcoming home games (opponent without “at”). If the feed can't be reached, a demo sample loads instead.

How the live version works:
  1. Nightly Cloudflare Worker fetches the sport's Presto RSS feed.
  2. Filters for home games (location = your venue, no “@ Away”).
  3. Creates/updates a ticketed event + sets capacity from the venue profile.
  4. New games appear on the Buy Tickets page automatically; you just confirm price.

Facility Pass — Ticket Terms & Conditions

  1. Who you're buying from. Facility Pass LLC ("Facility Pass") operates this ticketing platform on behalf of the school or venue hosting the event (the "Host"). Your ticket is a revocable license to attend, granted by the Host and subject to its venue rules.
  2. Refunds — set by the Host. Assume all sales are FINAL. Each Host sets the refund policy for its own events. Unless the Host expressly states otherwise for a specific event, tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable — including for weather, schedule or venue changes, team or performer changes, ejection for violating venue rules, or your non-attendance. Most Hosts do not offer refunds. If an event is canceled outright and not rescheduled, any refund is issued only if authorized by the Host or required by applicable law; when a refund is issued, it goes to the original payment method, and the Facility Pass platform fee and card-processing costs are non-refundable to the extent permitted by law.
  3. Entry. Each QR ticket admits one person, one time. Tickets are validated electronically at the gate: the first scan is admitted, and any later scan of the same code — including screenshots, copies, or forwarded images — will be refused. Duplicate or altered tickets are void. The Host may refuse entry or eject any attendee for violating venue rules, without refund.
  4. Fees. A $0.75 per-ticket platform fee is collected by Facility Pass. Card-processing fees may apply and are shown before you pay.
  5. Your information. The name, email, phone, and address you provide are shared with the Host for entry, communication, and its records, and are handled per the Host's privacy practices. Facility Pass does not sell your personal information.
  6. Disputes — individual arbitration or small claims. Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact support@facility-pass.com and allow 30 days to resolve the issue informally. Any dispute that is not resolved informally shall be settled either in small claims court or by binding arbitration on an individual basis administered under the consumer arbitration rules of a recognized arbitration provider, in Alameda County, California. You and Facility Pass each waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in any class or representative action. California law governs these terms. Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
  7. Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of Facility Pass arising from any ticket purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that ticket.
