Terms & Conditions
Please read these before registering. Checking the box at checkout means you agree to them for each player you enroll (or for yourself, if you're the player).
Read the full Terms & Conditions
1. Agreement
By registering, checking the agreement box, and paying, you agree to these Terms. For players under 18, the registering adult confirms they are the player's parent or legal guardian and agrees on the player's behalf. Adult players (18+) agree on their own behalf.
2. The program
Fall 2026 tennis camp, Aug 17 – Nov 25, 2026, held on the courts at Chabot College, 25555 Hesperian Blvd, Hayward, CA. Sessions run Monday–Thursday: youth tennis (ages 10–13) 4:30–5:30pm and high school & college tennis 4:30–6:30pm, with some exceptions (including holidays). Courts are shared with other facility users, so the schedule may shift with facility availability. Camp coaches are independent contractors (1099) engaged by Facility Pass — they are not employees or agents of Facility Pass.
3. Registration & payment
Pricing is one-time, full-season, per player: $375 (youth tennis, ages 10–13) and $415 (high school & college tennis). A separate fee applies to each player. Online payment is processed securely by Stripe; we don't store full card details. You may either pay in full at registration, or choose Reserve now — pay later, which issues a PLTA reservation code. Pay-later reservations must be paid in full — by card, check, or cash — before the first session on Monday, Aug 17, 2026; unpaid reservations may be released after the first week begins. A spot is guaranteed only once payment is completed and you receive a confirmation. Space is limited. Single drop-in sessions are available for $20 per player per session, must be booked and paid online before attending, and are subject to available space; a missed drop-in may be rescheduled once by email but is not refundable. An Annual All-Camp Pass is also available as a monthly subscription starting at $60/month, which includes unlimited access to Facility Pass seasonal camps (Fall, Spring, and Summer); it is billed monthly through Stripe, renews automatically, and can be cancelled anytime — cancellation stops future billing and access continues through the period already paid. Need-based scholarships are available; apply through the scholarship form on this page.
4. Refunds & cancellation
All registration fees are final and non-refundable — including for missed sessions, schedule conflicts, or voluntary withdrawal. The only exception: if the courts become completely unavailable for more than two consecutive weeks during the season, a prorated refund will be issued for the sessions missed during that closure. Refund requests under this exception should be sent to support@facility-pass.com with the player's name and order code.
5. Assumption of risk, release & indemnification
Tennis carries inherent risks, including slips and falls, collisions, being struck by balls or racquets, overuse injuries, heat-related illness, and the risk of serious injury. You voluntarily accept these risks. To the fullest extent permitted by California law, you release and hold harmless Facility Pass and Chabot College, together with their respective owners, coaches (who are independent contractors), staff, volunteers, and facility partners, from claims arising from ordinary negligence. This does not waive liability for gross negligence, recklessness, or intentional misconduct, or any rights that cannot be waived under California law. You agree to indemnify these parties for claims arising from a violation of these Terms or facility rules, to the extent permitted by law.
6. Medical & emergency care
You confirm each player is healthy enough to participate and will disclose any relevant medical condition, allergy, or limitation at registration. For minors: if you can't be reached in an emergency, you authorize program staff to seek emergency medical care for the player; you are responsible for any resulting costs.
7. Photo & media
We may photograph or record sessions for promotion. By registering you permit Facility Pass to use such images without compensation. To opt out, email support@facility-pass.com before the first session.
8. Code of conduct
Players follow all coach instructions and posted court rules. Respectful behavior is expected from players and families. We may suspend or remove a player for unsafe or repeatedly disruptive conduct; removal for cause may not entitle you to a refund.
9. Health, safety & schedule changes
Sessions may be delayed, shortened, or cancelled for weather (rain, wet courts, lightning, air quality, extreme heat), darkness or lighting limits, facility closures, or safety concerns. We'll communicate changes by email and follow the host facility's safety policies.
10. Privacy
Information you provide is used to run the program, communicate with you, and keep a roster. Payment is handled by Stripe under its own terms. We don't sell your information.
11. Changes, governing law & contact
The version of these Terms in effect at the time of your registration applies to it. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Questions: support@facility-pass.com · facility-pass.com.
By checking the box at checkout and completing payment, I agree to these Terms — including the assumption of risk and release in section 5 and the emergency-care authorization in section 6 — for myself and/or each player I enroll as their parent or legal guardian.
