What is Facility Pass?
Facility Pass opens premier local athletic facilities — pools, courts, track, and gyms — to the community. You book online by the hour, pay by card, and play. No membership, no contracts, and nobody at a front desk trying to upsell you a protein shake.
What can I book?
Swim lanes for lap swimming, tennis courts (7 full courts), dedicated pickleball courts, basketball for pickup and practice, and the fitness center for strength and conditioning. A Pilates/Yoga studio is coming soon, and the track opens in 2027 — good things take a lap or two.
Should I book by the hour or get a membership?
Quick rule of thumb: if you come more than twice a week, a membership is the better deal.
Here's the math: a membership pays for itself at about 4–5 visits a month (roughly once a week). Come twice a week and paying hourly would run about $120/mo versus $66.99 — you'd save around $50 a month. Three times a week, you save closer to $130 a month. The more you play, the more the membership wins — and with unlimited bookings, there's no ceiling.

How do I book?
Head to the booking page, choose your facility and time, and pay securely online. You'll get an instant confirmation — the whole thing takes about a minute. Less if you type fast.
How much does it cost?
Pay As You Go bookings start at $15/hr with no commitment. If you train often, a Monthly Pass starts at $66.99/mo and gives you the best value across the facilities you use most.
Do I need a membership?
No. Anyone can book by the hour with no membership and no commitment. The Monthly Pass is optional — it's simply a better deal for regulars. We won't follow you through a lobby about it.
What do I bring on the day?
Your booking confirmation, a photo ID, and your own equipment for your activity. We supply the facility — the talent is on you.
Can I book for a team, club, or event?
Not through the online portal — that's for individual hourly bookings. Team, club, and event reservations are booked separately: email us at support@facility-pass.com or go through the facility coordinator at that school.
What's your booking cancellation policy?
Cancel an hourly booking up to 24 hours before your start time for a full refund. Inside 24 hours, the booking isn't refundable but we're happy to reschedule it once — just email us. Plans change; we get it.
How do I cancel a monthly membership?
Easily, and anytime — no phone calls, no retention runaround. Use the Cancel Membership button below to cancel yourself, or email us at support@facility-pass.com and we'll take care of it. When you cancel, your membership stays active through the end of the period you've already paid for, then simply stops renewing. We never lock you into a contract.
You'll be taken to our secure payment portal (Stripe) to confirm. Your pass stays active until the end of the current billing period.
When are facilities available?
Public access runs during supervised hours, around the facilities' internal schedules — evenings, weekends, and breaks are the most common windows. Live availability is always shown on the booking page.
