What your season buys
34 coached sessions this Fall — Mon–Thu, Sept 8 – Nov 17. Here's what that works out to for each age group:
30+ years of experience on deck
Coaches Jesse Rubino and Nick Dodemade bring more than 30 combined years of swimming and coaching experience, from college pools to club teams. This fall they're joined by three additional coaches — recent and current collegiate swimmers — so every swimmer gets real attention in the water.
Good to know
How strong a swimmer does my child need to be?
Swimmers should already be comfortable swimming on their own — this is coached training, not learn-to-swim. Brand new to the water? Our Tiny Tots — Learn to Race program (ages 5–8) is the right starting point.
Do I need to stay during practice?
That's up to you — it's your kid, parent how you see fit. Drop-off is fine since we have your contact info; plenty of parents grab a bite or get their own workout in at the same facility with a Facility Pass day pass. If you stay, watch from the stands — we just ask that parents keep off the pool deck itself.
What should my swimmer bring?
Swimsuit, towel, goggles, and a water bottle. A swim cap if they have one. That's it — coaching and lane space are covered.
What are the days and times?
Monday–Thursday, 4:30–6pm, Sept 8 – Nov 17. The 10 & under group swims 4:30–5:30pm. Occasional schedule exceptions are communicated by email.
What if we miss a practice?
With about 40 sessions in the season, a missed practice isn't a setback. Registration fees are final per the Terms below, with a prorated exception if the pool is ever closed for more than two consecutive weeks.
Where is the pool? What about parking?
The Chabot College pool, 25555 Hesperian Blvd, Hayward — use the B parking lot near the pool entrance.
Why is sign-up different this year?
The coaches run registration through Facility Pass — it takes the whole clinic online: secure Stripe checkout, instant email confirmation, and one organized roster for the coaches, instead of paper forms and cash envelopes. Clear written terms and documented registrations and payments also reduce liability for the school, the coaches, and everyone involved. And it's part of a bigger goal — Facility Pass exists to make access to great facilities, like the Chabot College pool, easier for families and community members.

Terms & Conditions
Please read these before registering. Checking the box at checkout means you agree to them on behalf of each swimmer you enroll.
Read the full Terms & Conditions
1. Agreement
By registering, checking the agreement box, and paying, the parent/guardian agrees to these Terms on behalf of themselves and each swimmer enrolled, and confirms they are the swimmer's parent or legal guardian.
2. The program
Fall 2026 youth swim clinic, Sept 8 – Nov 17, 2026, held at Chabot College, 25555 Hesperian Blvd (B parking lot), Hayward, CA. Sessions run Monday–Thursday — 4:30–6pm for ages 11 & up and 4:30–5:30pm for ages 10 & under. There is no clinic on Sept 22, Sept 29, Oct 8, Oct 13, Oct 20, or Nov 4 (pool reserved for water-polo); the season totals 34 sessions. The schedule may shift with facility availability, and sessions share pool time with other facility users. Clinic coaches are independent contractors (1099) engaged by Facility Pass — they are not employees or agents of Facility Pass.
3. Registration & payment
Pricing is one-time, full-season, per swimmer: $360 (ages 11 & up) and $310 (ages 10 & under). A separate fee applies to each swimmer. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we don't store full card details. A spot is held only once payment is completed and you receive a confirmation. Space is limited.
4. Refunds & cancellation
All registration fees are final and non-refundable — including for missed sessions, schedule conflicts, or voluntary withdrawal. The only exception: if the pool becomes completely unavailable for more than two consecutive weeks during the season, a prorated refund will be issued for the sessions missed during that closure. Refund requests under this exception should be sent to support@facility-pass.com with the swimmer's name and order code.
5. Assumption of risk, release & indemnification
Swimming and aquatic training carry inherent risks, including slips, fatigue, collisions, and the risk of serious injury or drowning. You voluntarily accept these risks. To the fullest extent permitted by California law, you release and hold harmless Facility Pass and Chabot College, together with their respective owners, coaches (who are independent contractors), staff, volunteers, and facility partners, from claims arising from ordinary negligence. This does not waive liability for gross negligence, recklessness, or intentional misconduct, or any rights that cannot be waived under California law. You agree to indemnify these parties for claims arising from a violation of these Terms or facility rules, to the extent permitted by law.
6. Medical & emergency care
You confirm each swimmer is healthy enough to participate and will disclose any relevant medical condition, allergy, or limitation at registration. If you can't be reached in an emergency, you authorize program staff to seek emergency medical care for the swimmer; you are responsible for any resulting costs.
7. Photo & media
We may photograph or record sessions for promotion. By registering you permit Facility Pass to use such images without compensation. To opt out, email support@facility-pass.com before the first session.
8. Code of conduct
Swimmers follow all coach and lifeguard instructions and posted pool rules. Respectful behavior is expected from swimmers and families. We may suspend or remove a swimmer for unsafe or repeatedly disruptive conduct; removal for cause may not entitle you to a refund.
9. Health, safety & schedule changes
Sessions may be delayed, shortened, or cancelled for weather (lightning, air quality, extreme heat), facility closures, or safety concerns. We'll communicate changes by email and follow the host facility's safety policies and on-deck lifeguards.
10. Privacy
Information you provide is used to run the program, communicate with you, and keep a roster. Payment is handled by Stripe under its own terms. We don't sell your information.
11. Changes, governing law & contact
The version of these Terms in effect at the time of your registration applies to it. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Questions: support@facility-pass.com · facility-pass.com.
By checking the box at checkout and completing payment, I confirm I am the parent or legal guardian of each swimmer enrolled and agree to these Terms, including the assumption of risk and release in section 5 and the emergency-care authorization in section 6.
